Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp)
If you find that you do not have a New Journeys site near your location, another avenue you should consider is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp). While not providing the same services as New Journeys, CBTp is an evidence-based treatment model which specifically targets psychosis.​​

Family Support through Psychosis REACH
Psychosis REACH consists of an online course, which you will complete at your own pace, followed by a live virtual training led by the co-developers of Psychosis REACH. Following the training, you will have the option to connect with a Psychosis REACH Family Ambassador, which is a family member with lived experience previously trained in the Psychosis REACH model.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)
NAMI Washington, is the State office of the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental health conditions. We work with local affiliates in communities around the state to improve the quality of life for all those affected by mental health conditions.
Other First-Episode Treatment Programs
If you are moving to another state, or are currently located outside of Washington, Strong 365 provides and maintains a list of providers who assist youth, young adults, and families with providing services and knowledge to those who are experiencing first-episode psychosis.

Also known as the "Treatment Referral Routing Service," SAMHSA's National Helpline is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day 365-day-a-year information service provided in both English and Spanish for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.
